حسگرهای گازی
حسگر گازهای CO، گاز شهری (متان)،H2S و VOCs
از میان حسگرهای گاز تکیه اصلی شرکت روی 4 حسگر گاز شهری (متان) و CO و نیز دستگاه تست استاندارد آنها، حسگرهای H2S و ترکیبات آلی فرار (VOCS) بوده است.
معرفی
حسگرهای گاز بر اساس تغییر مقاومت نیمه هادی های اکسید فلزی غیر استوکیومتری همچون SnO2، ZnO،In2O3 ، Ga2O3، TiO2 و … با تغییر غلظت گاز مورد نظر در هوا در دماهای حدود 100-500oC کار میکند. این حسگرها از سه جزء المان حساس، مدار الکترونیک و بدنه پلاستیکی تشکیل شده است. فناوری و طراحی و ساخت دوتای آخر نسبتاً ساده بوده و به انجام رسیده است. ولی المان حساس قلب حسگر میباشد و تمرکز کار شرکت بر آن بوده است. المان حساس خود دارای اجزاء مختلفی همچون پینها و نگهدارنده آنها، زیرلایه، لایه نازک اکسید فلزی، میکروهیتر و اتصالات دمای بالا و … می باشد. ترکیب اکسیدهای فلزی از مهمترین عوامل تعیین کننده مشخصات حسگر همچون حساسیت، حد تشخیص، طول عمر و انتخابگری حسگر می باشد که دهها ترکیب در شرایط مختلف در شرکت تست شده و بهترین آنها برای هر گاز تعیین شده است. این حسگرها با استفاده از فیلتر های کاتالیستی و Dopants نسبت به هریک از گاز ها در حضور گازهای مزاحم از جمله VOCs و بو های Indoor انتخابگر شده اند.
کاربردها و بازار
حسگر CO برای هشدار انتشار گاز کشنده بی بو و رنگ CO و جلوگیری از مرگ خاموش در اماکن مسکونی، اداری، تجاری و … و حسگرهای گاز شهری برای هشدار نشت گاز شهری و جلوگیری از آتشسوزی در این اماکن بکار می رود. در نتیجه در کشورهای توسعه یافته جزء کدهای استاندارد ساختمانی بوده و مصرف دهها میلیونی دارد. در کشور این حسگرها بطور محدود استفاده میشود و استفاده گسترده آنها منوط به اعمال کدهای استاندارد ساختمان میباشد. این حسگرها باید در تستهای استاندارد ملی که دستگاه های تست آنها که منحصرا توسط محققین شرکت توسعه یافته بررسی شوند.
حسگر های VOCs برای تعیین میزان آلودگی هوای Indoor در دستگاه های تصفیه هوا که یکی از محصولات عمده این شرکت می باشد بکار می روند.
حسگر گاز H2S در صنایع نفت گاز و پتروشیمی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد و دارای فناوری پیشرفته Thin Film می باشد.
